Full board, including water, tea, coffee, juices, snacks between meals and after dives, soft drinks, local beer. Dive guides. Combined complimentary airport transfer Sea of Cortez – La Paz. 3-4 dives per day; 2 dives on the last day. 12 l tanks & weights. Park fees.
Exclusions
Nitrox. Hyperbaric chamber donation. Visa fee (paid at airport). Transfer to / from San Jose del Cabo air-port. International and domestic flights. Equipment rental. 15l tanks rental. Personal GPS (mandatory). Crew gratuities. Travel insurance. Extra night on board. Alcoholic beverages.
Mandatory fees
Chamber donation is 15 USD per person. Mandatory fees are set by the government authorities and are subject to change.
Requirements before boarding
When you book your cruise, or upon boarding, the liveaboard operator may require the following:
- Completed guest information form
- Copy of passport
- Signed liability release waiver
- Medical questionnaire and signed medical statement or if you have a known medical condition a health certificate by a doctor may be required
- Proof of dive medical insurance
- Proof of diving certification and/or logbook
Guests must meet the operator’s requirements for minimum certification level and/or minimum number of logged dives.
All passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of entry plus some free pages, this is a requirement of most countries in the world. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the correct visa requirements to enter the country of travel.
All 4 Diving Liveaboards and the liveaboard operator do not assume responsibility for guests not having the correct documentation.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit will be required to secure your space. We follow the payment conditions of the operator regarding deposits. You will receive further information about the deposit due once your cabin is secured. The deposit is generally due between 3 to 10 days from booking.
What happens if I cancel my reservation?
Your trip is not confirmed until you’ve made your first payment so there is no fee if you cancel at this point.
We can secure your cabin for a fixed time, once we have it on hold you can make all your travel arrangements safe in the knowledge that we have secured the liveaboard trip on your behalf.
Please do not book flights until you receive an email from us confirming that your cruise and cabin is on hold. Once you have our confirmation you can make your travel arrangements and confirm your liveaboard reservation by making your payment to us.
If for some reason you need to cancel your trip once a payment has been made we will follow the cancellation terms and conditions of the liveaboard you booked. You may have a penalty depending on the date you cancel and the departure date of your liveaboard.
Valentina Cancellation Policy
More than 120 days out = 80 % refund
Between 61 and 120 days out = 78 % refund
Less than 61 days out = no refund
Note: the above percentages are of the total booking cost, not on any deposit received.
Cancellations always need to be received in writing by email to [email protected] to avoid any misunderstanding. Cancellations must be received at least 2 working days before the service provider’s cancellation dates stipulated on our website and/or booking conditions in order for All 4 Diving Liveaboards to meet the cancellation deadline with the service provider.
Please note booking conditions may be subject to change according to the operator’s terms and conditions at the time of booking. Your invoice will have the final price and terms & conditions of your cruise.
All 4 Diving Liveaboards will charge an admin fee of 3% to any cancellation that requires a refund. Please check here for our Terms and Conditions.
